Barnett Hutton (ladies shoes) was at Nos 388-396. Gilda (coats, gowns and sportswear) was located at No. 386. C&A on the right was at Nos 376-384, this was their first British store and opened in 1922. The building was completely destroyed by a bomb during the war and later rebuilt. One of three stores they had on Oxford Street they moved out around 2000
