Today, Terminal 3 has been extensively remodeled with contemporary glass cladding and a much larger, multi-level forecourt to accommodate modern traffic and security requirements. While the core structure of the 1970s terminal remains, the original signage and the Taylor Woodrow construction site have long since disappeared. The Volkswagen Beetle, once a ubiquitous sight at the airport, is now a rare classic, replaced by modern fleets of taxis and shuttle buses.
