Moscovitch Ltd at No. 58, reinforcing the strongly commercial character of the street, while the temporary hoarding on the right hints at the redevelopment already reshaping the area. With cardboard boxes, market barrows and dense foot traffic in view, this is a vivid everyday record of Petticoat Lane before much of the surrounding streetscape changed.
