The palace’s famous balcony is visible in the centre, and the intricate wrought-iron gates with gold detailing stand prominently to the left and right. This historic landmark, originally built as a large townhouse for the Duke of Buckingham in 1703, remains one of the world’s most iconic royal buildings and a focal point for national celebrations.
