This view at the Botanics shows the long, angular Front Range glasshouses stretching across the garden, their modern steel framework and sloping glazed roofs forming one of the most distinctive post-war additions to the Royal Botanic Garden. In the foreground are neatly kept lawns, winding paths, benches and small groups of visitors, while a line of silver birches softens the hard geometry of the structure.
