Today, the entrance to the Heathrow tunnel remains one of the most recognizable sights for motorists arriving at the airport, though the surrounding infrastructure has been vastly updated. The multi-storey car parks have been expanded and modernized, and the road layouts have been significantly altered to manage the massive increase in traffic volume. While the Peugeot 504 was a common sight on British roads in the 70s, it is now a rare classic.
